Sending items back is quick and easy! For change of mind or sizing you can lodge a return through the portal below.

1. Lodge your return through the portal below
2. Print your packing slip and box up your return item(s)
3. Ship your return back to our PO BOX

Please ensure your packing slip is printed and included in your returning package. We are unable to process returns that are returned without the appropriate pack slip.

If you are local to our Brisbane Showroom you are welcome to return the item with a completed pack slip in person.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or would like to raise a warranty claim, please reach out to our team at [email protected] with details of your issue. Our team will assist with your return directly.

For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees (domestic Australia only) will be covered by Pushys. Customer Service must be contacted to create a return label for your warranty. Please contact our returns department email [email protected].

We do not accept any packages returned by Aust Post COD(Cash On Delivery).

Most parcels will be returned using Aust Post, however there will be some exceptions for oversize items due to post limitations.

Please return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return items must be in brand new and resellable condition with all packaging - including all product tags, labels & original packaging.

Registered Post - All items returned to Pushys are at the risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post.

Return items in original condition - include all product tags, labels & original packaging ready for resale.

Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.

If the item is not returned in original sale condition Pushys can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.

Please return items within 30 days of purchase.

Pushys will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Pushys does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order on the website.


Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days processing at our warehouse.

Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.

Refunds of items purchased will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.

Please allow up to five (5) days after Pushys has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.

For orders purchased with gift cards and loyalty vouchers the value of these vouchers will be returned as store credit.


Items marked as final sale are ineligible for change of mind or size returns and exchanges where the product is not faulty.
